Ball Hill Cottage is attached to the side of the
farmhouse and has its own private courtyard. It is full of character with
beams, angled ceilings and wavy walls. The farm is a working livery yard and
guests are welcome to bring their horses and enjoy the fantastic riding on
Dartmoor. It is a beautifully quiet location, teaming with wildlife including
deer, foxes, wild ducks, moorhens, pheasants and partridges. Relaxand enjoy the beautiful countryside,
while enjoying the proximity to great road networks, being only 3 mins off the

Dogs Well behaved dogs are welcome. They must be kept on leads on
the farmyard and around the livery stables, as we have horses and free range
chickens, but they are welcome to run free in any of the fields without horses.
