Your chickens (and lively cockrell) have a wonderful life, and I suspect the combination of dogs and horses help to keep the fox at bay - long may it last! The welcome pack with their eggs you made for us was very welcome, especially the pastries when we first arrived.
This was our first time away with both horses and both dogs, it is a lovely place for both, and I managed not to get lost on the moor in all the mist and fog yesterday so am very pleased.
Good luck with the piglets when they arrive, I wonder what Poppy will think of them?
